Maple Brown Butter Stuffed Grilled peaches
Ingredients:
Peaches, Halved and pitted
Butter, Browned
Maple syrup
Vanilla extract
Honey Goat Cheese
Fresh Sage leaves
Fresh Thyme,chopped
Vanilla Ice cream
Instructions:
Melt the Brown Butter by adding it to a skillet set over medium heat. Allow the butter to brown until its a deep golden brown. Remove all bout 1/4 of the butter from the heat and transfer the butter to a bowl. Stir in the maple, vanilla and almond extract. In the same pan, add the fresh sage and pan fry until its a deep color.
Pre heat a grill pan and Brush it with oil—brush the flesh side of the peaches with oil as well. Grill the peaches until char marks appear, flip and grill for another minute or so. Remove from the grill and stuff the peaches with the goat cheese, drizzle the brown butter all over the peaches and top with Ice cream of choice.
